There before my eyes 'was' the

True Spirit Of Christmas

I felt so humbled.

I fell to my knees and prayed.....

One day this newborn king would

give his life to forgive the

sins of all mankind........

YOUR COMMENT ABOUT THE NICKEL LED ME TO YOUR VERY SPECIAL JOURNAL. I WAS IMPRESSED.
I TOOK THE CHRISTMAS JOURNEY YOU SUGGESTED, WAITING TO ADD MY COMMENT UNTIL I HAD VIEWED EACH STATION ALONG THE CHRISTMAS ROAD.

ONE OF THE REALLY UNIQUE AND CREATIVE CHRISTMAS JOURNEYS I'VE BEEN ON FOR MANY YEARS WHEN IT CONCERNS TRUTH...A FASCINATING ARRAY OF TWINKLING LIGHTS SHINING FROM THE VILLAGES; SNOWSCENES WITH SNOWFLAKES FALLING ADDED THE CHILL NECESSARY TO FEEL THE WARMTH OF MERE IMAGES, BUT IMAGES I RECALL FROM YOUTH WHILE WALKING TO GRANDMOTHER'S HOME ONE CHRISTMAS EVE, ALONE, ALMOST, WITH SNOWFLAKES REFLECTING A FULL MOON ON NEW FALLEN SNOW. IT WAS A KIND OF CHRISTMAS EVE THAT GROWS CLOSER TO MY HEART WITH EACH PASSING YEAR, NOW OLD ENOUGH TO REALIZE THAT THE LIGHTS IN GRANDMOTHER'S WINDOWS ARE ON AGAIN...
THANKS FOR THE INSPIRATION...I AM GLAD THAT I DID GET MY NICKEL'S WORTH IN HERE TOO. ROB
